What to Expect the Day Of

The Brigade Holiday Market is a full day of set up, manning the booth, and break down.

  • Tuesday, Dec 8, 2026

  • 0645-1730

  • At the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland*

  • Day begins with meeting up with Kristin, driving to Dahlgren Hall, unloading and setting up tables between 0645-1000

  • Market is open 1000-1600

  • Shopping will ebb and flow: At times we will both be working as quickly as we can, other times we can take turns having breaks

  • Usually they offer lunch

  • Breakdown begins at 1600 and usually takes an hour.

  • Pay is $20 an hour

  • Must be able to lift boxes and stand for long periods (but it’s fun, I promise!)

* This year I plan to drive from Jacksonville Florida. If you are interested and live between Jacksonville and Annapolis, please reach out and we can coordinate travel. The portion of your trip between Jacksonville and Annapolis, as well as your stay, will be funded!
